Contributing to the competitor tool and the website
During my time at De Consumentenbond I contributed to the user journeys on the website as well as the user-interface of their CMS system Odin. Employees upload the current customer deals (Ledendeals) in this system. The current interface was not intuitive and needed more features to inform users better about the customers deals.
